The law allows the spouses to include in the marriage contract any conditions relating to their property relations, including:
- the procedure and methods of incurring family expenses;
- the procedure for providing financial support to each other (both in marriage and after its dissolution);
- determination of the property transferred to each of the spouses upon divorce;
- other conditions that do not contradict the provisions of the law.
