- Divorce by a notary is possible only upon mutual consent of both spouses;
- If the spouses have children aged under 18, an agreement on custody, place of residence of the child, meeting rights, alimony must be reached;
- If the spouses possess common property, an agreement must be reached on its division.
- The marriage is dissolved no earlier than 30 days after the application was submitted.
